HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking number will be sent via email so you can know the current status of your order as soon as your order has shipped. You can find the status of your order on the "My orders" page of your Le Noireee account.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to Nigeria, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. We hope to ship to all countries soon

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Typically, all orders are shipped within the next one to three working days. For extremely busy periods, kindly note your order will be shipped within five working days after it's been placed.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
We ensure your orders are delivered using reliable shipping services. The specific shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?
Shipping may vary based on location, kindly allow about one week for delivery. If you need expedited shipping, kindly leave a note during checkout. You can also reach out to us via email support@noireee.com

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, delivery times may be affected. Estimated shipping times do not account for any unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier. Also, depending on your postal code, the express shipping option may not be available.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
The cost of shipping is dependent on your location and the weight of your order. Your shipping fee will be calculated during checkout

IS SALES TAX CHARGED ON MY ONLINE ORDER?
During checkout, applicable taxes are applied based on the state of your shipping address.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS?
Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time the order is placed. This ensures that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available!

DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders within Lagos can be shipped on the same day

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR PACKAGING! DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
Each item is shipped in a customized shipping bag. If you like any special wrapping methods, kindly leave a note during checkout or reach us via support@noireee.com

WHAT CAN I DO IF I MISSED MY DELIVERY?
If you missed the delivery of your package, or it has not arrived on time, trace the status of your package with your order tracking number on the shipping carrier's website. If you have any difficulties, contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. Send us an email via support@noireee.com for further assistance.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If your order has not shipped, send us an email via support@noireee.com with the new address and order number, and we can update the shipping address. We cannot change/reroute the address for any order that has already been processed and shipped

Return Policies

You can request a return within seven (7) days if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product. When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags, and accessories are left intact. Also ensure that the product is in its original packaging. Returned items will be redelivered to you if we cannot validate your reason for returning them or if the packaging has been tampered with.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
In the case of a damaged or defective product, an exchange for the same product will be granted.

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING FOR RETURNS?
No, we currently don't provide free shipping for returns. Returns are only accepted using the return label sent to you when you request a return. Kindly ensure you obtain proof of postage when shipping your return. We will be unable to issue a refund for any item lost in return shipping or not received. Kindly note that we are not liable for any items lost in return shipping.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
Kindly request to return an order via Process a return. After your claim has been validated (after sending a video clip or picture of the item delivered), your return will be authorized. You can ship your order to us, and once your return item has been received, your transaction will be refunded.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
We can't cancel orders that have been processed and shipped. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is canceled an email will be sent to you. To cancel an order, email us via support@noireee.com. We will cancel and refund your purchase to your original method of payment.
